MAIN PURPOSE

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the VIP Acquisition Executive will play an active role in building new client relationships as well as developing existing top level business. The position will help drive the growth of the Company by adding incremental revenues.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibility for the following areas within the Company’s VIP Programme:

• Providing exceptional support for the LET Sales team in acquiring & developing new VIPs and Agents (referral partners).
• Maintaining data management, response times to top partners and achieving revenue targets.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with new clients.
• Identifying and making detailed product development proposals to improve the service offered to clients.
• Calling potential customers and pitching the VIP programme to convert them into new VIPs.
• Maintaining working knowledge of competitors and industry trends.
• Contributing new ideas on how to improve the existing VIP offering.
• Working closely with the VIP Customer Service, Account Management and Marketing department to execute affective promotional campaigns.

Standards and Quality

• Ensuring that all correspondence sent to clients is of the highest possible professional standard and conforms to department guidelines.
• Presenting a professional image when representing the company.


PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCE

• Experience with leading poker operator or Sportbetting operator
• Massive networks of personal contacts to high rollers in a maximum number of markets
• Structured, organized, professional approach to data management and customer relations
• Team oriented with a positive attitude.
• Sales and customer service oriented with good experience in a pro-active Customer Service or Sales/Account Management role.
• Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the gambling industry and have the necessary commercial acumen to appreciate market trends and the impact of these on the business.
• Extensive knowledge, experience and contacts of the online gaming industry, especially sportsbetting, poker & forex.
• Excellent phone acumen and ability to build remote relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• IT Literate (Microsoft Office/Internet); data driven and able to produce and work with professional reports
• Highly motivated with strong commitment.
• Ability to work in dynamic environment.
• Fluent English
• Multiple language ability strongly preferred.
