Job Description :
The Role
• Adapt and plan CRM strategy to the UK market.
• Develop on site and email campaigns.
• Implement segmented CRM campaigns for activation, retention and reactivation of UK customers. Sportsbook, Casino, Poker, Soft Games, Bingo.
• Cross sell and upsell gambling products to existing database: site, mail, phone
• Analyse and monitor the UK market: competition, customer insight and others.
• Co-ordinate the e-mail sending process by liaising with product teams, briefing data , copy and graphics requirements, setting up related bonuses and testing e-mails through CRM interface
• From time to time you may be required to assist in some other CRM related activities: translations of betting criteria/Poker and Casino tournament mechanics.
The Candidate
• The successful candidate will have previous experience of direct marketing/CRM either through agency or client-side roles, having had responsibility for coordinating or executing customer communication campaigns.
• English mother tongue is essential
• Strong Copy-writing skills
• Key skills will include: planning, scheduling and analytical abilities as well as strong numeracy and PC skills. Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills will be essential to the role.
• A keen interest in Sports and knowledge of Casino/Online Poker would be very much appreciated for this role
