As part of our client’s on-going expansion, they are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join their Network Operations Centre. This position is to be located in Malta and will involve working on a shift basis.

The chosen candidate will be required to administer the online gaming platform and monitor and report on a 24 x 7 basis, ensure optimum performance and availability of such platform, provide second-level troubleshooting support, and liaise with all applicable service providers and third-parties.

Our client is looking for an individual who has a proactive and flexible attitude, and is keen to take on board new skills due to the dynamic nature of the environment. Sound fault-finding skills and an ability to react to problematic situations in a focused manner are essential in this role.

The candidate should be conversant in TCP/IP, Linux and Cisco/Juniper networking, and should have working knowledge of web N-tier architectures. Previous experience in a NOC or an iGaming environment would be considered an asset.
