The position is supporting Affiliate Manager in the efforts in identifying new affiliates, sales and retention and is focused identifying new potential affiliates, establish a relationship with affiliates, negotiate with affiliates and finalise the deal/agreement. The position will be working towards medium sized and big affiliates/affiliate networks focusing on the Nordic countries.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the role
• Identify new affiliates, medium/big sized affiliates in the Nordic countries.
• Taking lead for the entire process, from identifying new affiliates to finalizing the agreement and throughout the affiliate life cycle.
• To liaise with different departments, Marcom, CMMs/MCCs when planning and executing affiliate campaigns.
• Optimizing of the results in cooperation with affiliates throughout affiliate life cycle.
• Provide regular reporting, insight and analysis to the Affiliate Manager and how ongoing activity can be optimized to drive new players, increasing result.
• Ensure that Affiliates receive excellent service
• Keep informed on new competitive activity and informing the Team on such developments.(Nordic region)
• Ensure that the brands and products are presented and promoted in the best possible manner according to NGG guidelines and policies.
Essential Technical Skills & Experience relevant to the role
• Minimum 2 year experience working with affiliate marketing iGaming
• Minimum 1 year experience working with medium and big sized affiliates/affiliate networks in iGaming.
• Must have an existing and updated affiliate network in the Nordic countries.
• Strong computer skills in experience in using MsOffice tools.
Desirable Technical Skills & Experience relevant to the role
• Strong analytical and administrative skills.
• Experience of working with affiliate marketing software such as Income Access and/or other similar software.
Essential Competencies relevant to the role
• Driven sales person with ability to negotiate and finalize an agreement beneficial for both parties to secure both short term and long term results.
• Analytic abilities resulting in business excellence/constant improvement.
• Fluent in English and another European language, preferably Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish
• Proven track record of sales in Affiliate Marketing Nordic Countries.
• Must have account management experience
Desirable Competencies relevant to the role
• Proven track record of sales in affiliate marketing in regions additional to the Nordic region
