Role:

The Sales Support Executive is responsible for providing Secretarial, Administrative, and general support to the Commercial Team, as well as PA assistance to the VP of Commercial.

• Provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support.
• Typically supports multiple managers and/or staff.
• Assignments are frequently routine in nature, but at times may be assigned non-routine tasks requiring interpretation, judgment and discretionary action.
• Makes appointments, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements and coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.
• Independently researches and obtains information for regularly scheduled routine reports and special assignments.
• Typically uses software packages for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics and desktop publishing.
• Maintains inventory of office supplies and tracks budget.
• Coordinates messages, appointments, and information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail.
• Operates automated office equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Sales Administration and Documentation
o Maintaining records
o Ensuring that sales and marketing material is properly kept, available and disseminated as required.
o Ensuring completed staff work and administration for VP Commercial and Commercial Team.
o First Line following up on leads.
o Basic research into prospective clients, identifying key decision makers within organizations, and making appointments.

• CRM management
o Ensuring that the sales team maintains CRM data
o Follows up on actions recorded in CRM data
o Reporting key actions and issues to VP BD and Team.

• Sales support
o Taking cold calls and calls by prospective clients responding to marketing drives and website info.
o Diary and sales activity support of the Sales Team.
o Follow up actions to sales calls by sending out promised documentation, arranging demonstrations/presentations, confirming follow up visits etc.

Reception, Office Mgt, Travel Mgt
o Office and phone reception duties (on a roster basis) – but the nature of reception allows for the employee to continue working on their main Commercial team duties whilst manning the reception desk. Note: this is a second step reception as all sign in etc is done in Lobby.
o Office management and duties, such as booking meeting rooms.
o Making Travel bookings for the Commercial Team and being a back up for the London Facilities and Travel Manager.
o General office housekeeping.

Requirements

• Administrative and organizational competence required to support both the VP Commercial and the Team.
• Advanced Microsoft Word and Power Point capabilities, and sound Microsoft Exel competence.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Strong service ethic.
• Strong enthusiasm for on-line gaming, and the desire and ability to become knowledgeable about the company’s Products and Services.
• Ability to develop into a Sales Executive.

Education:

• Qualified (either formally or by experience) and very adept in Microsoft Office suite.
