Risk Analyst - Payments

Job Description

This position will require you to operate the Risk and Operation Process of merchant focused payment processing products, like Credit Cards, Direct Debits, Check payments, etc.

The specific areas and duties of this position would include:

• Day to day operational management from a transaction point of view with several different processing products and business models.
• Application process for internal and external account set up.
• Account performance reviews and improvement strategies.
• Operating and managing internal and third party fraud screening tools.
• Operating 3rd party risk modeling software for use with several processing products.
• Working closely with all internal departments for cross departmental information and goals.

Desired experience:

• Risk- and Operation experience within a payment processing area of the online high risk industry.
• Familiarity with third party fraud screening services.
• Data analyst experience, specifically within transaction processing.
• Knowledge of multiple online payment products, specifically, ACH and credit card, etc.
• Working in internal teams and directly with merchants to achieve goals and targets.
• Project management experience in terms of prioritizing tasks and day to day work.
