Who We Are
We are an expanding iGaming recruitment firm, with Headquarters in Islington London. Having had a good deal of success in a relatively short period of time, we are now searching for a Resourcer to take charge of the generation of candidates for our iGaming roles.
The Candidate
We are preferably looking for candidates who have had experience in a sales generation position, and ideally will have a strong interest in iGaming. However we will consider a bright graduate who has an interest in sports and betting and is driven to work in a sales environment.
The role is to proactively search on a series of online job boards (such as Monster), and working closely with a Hyperion consultant generate a short list of candidates that are matching the individual requirements of a specific role. In the course of a morning, you may be looking for a short list of six candidates for an Odds Compiler position, then a batch of candidates for a Poker Analyst role, followed by finding options for an iGaming Software Developer.
We are a small recruitment company with big ideas, so you will be a big fish in a relatively small pond. The successful candidate can expect good career progression, but must have the drive and tenacity to think independently and cohesively.
The position is targeted, and there are significant commission rewards. Whilst working in this role you will be an integral part of the Hyperion team, will be taught about the iGaming sector, and will be expected to progress to become a consultant.

- Entertaining clients at designated sports/gaming events to build successful company working relationships.
- Representing Hyperion at trade shows and industry events.
