Referral Scheme

Hyperion Gaming is always grateful for any recommendations and referrals that enable us to further increase our iGaming network. We are always keen to speak to people who are involved in gaming, or are looking to align their careers to the growing sector.

If you have any friends or colleagues who could benefit from speaking to us, whether they are currently looking for a new job role or would simply like to discuss their options, please put them in touch with us by emailing their details to: referral@hyperiongaming.com.

Not only will you be guaranteeing they get advice from our team of dedicated gaming consultants, but if we successfully find them a gaming job we will send you a referral fee of between £200 and £450.

Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions

1. Referrals will not qualify for the scheme if Hyperion Gaming has been in contact with the referred candidate at any time up to one year prior to the referral being made.
2. Where the candidate is introduced by more than one person, we will operate a first come first served policy.
3. Permanent placements will work on a tiered referral fee level.
   1. Placement to the value of £5,000 = £200 referral fee
   2. Placements £5,001 - £7,000 = £300 referral fee
   3. Placements £7,001+ = £450 referral fee
4. In the event of any disputed fees, following all reasonable reference checks, Hyperion Gaming’s decision will be final.
5. This referral scheme applies to all referrals received from 1st March 2009.
6. Referral fee is paid after referred starter has completed three month probation.
7. Hyperion must receive a signed Refer a Friend form by fax or scanned email within 28 days of the successful candidate’s start date.
