<p>Job Overview To provide support to the poker operation, ensuring the smooth running of promotions and reports, together with providing support for third party partners. Own the player lifecycle development plan, encouraging players to play more, improve their play and increase revenue to our client.</p>
<p><strong>Principal Accountabilities</strong></p>
<p>• Provide timely reporting regarding poker performance, trends and statistics on a weekly and monthly basis both internally and to third party partners<br />
• Deliver promotions to ensure our client maximizes revenue from poker players by managing the player lifecycle development plan<br />
• Co-ordinate tournament set up and operation for regular tournaments together with any tournament requests from partners<br />
• Ensure partners are fully supported and informed of all new promotions and tournaments<br />
• Act as second line support, fielding and resolving queries from customer services and land based casinos<br />
• Assist the Poker Operations Manager in the general running of the poker room, as determined by the requirements of the business<br />
• Be the single point of contact for all data / statistics and a source of support.</p>
<p><strong>Personal Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<p>• A self starter – organised, skilled at managing own workload to meet deadlines.<br />
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.<br />
• Very strong IT skills across all the core MS Office products, particularly MS Excel.<br />
• An interest in poker is a must, and an interest in other gaming would be advantageous<br />
• Experience of working in the poker industry would be advantageous<br />
