Job Overview: The Online Casino Executive will support the casino manager in managing two of our client's products. The role includes configuring, launching and reporting on new product releases, improving site and client usability, testing new games and functionality and providing management reports on casino business. There will also be considerable project work including Customer Support requirements, fraud and risk issues, cashier development and integration with the land based casino estate. This is a ‘hands on’ role which requires a motivated, professional individual to support a key part of the business and deliver a quality product to our client’s growing player base.
Principal Accountabilities
• Manage day to day requirements of the casino products.
• Lead new game and product releases and complete full test plans for integration.
• Manage Customer Service and Fraud Team escalations
• Configure bonuses, game liabilities, client layout and VIP levels to meet the requirements of our client’s players.
• Work with marketing team to launch casino promotions.
• Deliver casino development schedule as agreed with Casino Manager.
• Analyse competitor landscape and identify opportunities within the market.
• Produce internal and external management reports.
Personal Skills & Experience
• Good attention to detail and the desire to succeed
• Highly motivated - ability to work unsupervised to hit required targets
• Knowledge of online gaming software and the online gaming market
• Ability to produce detailed, insightful reports and development plans in line with business requirements
• A team player who can work effectively with all business units – CS, Fraud, Compliance, Development and Marketing
• Analytical and methodical approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form good relationships
