Who We Are
We are an expanding iGaming recruitment firm who are located in new Central London based offices in Islington. Hyperion has been trading since February 2007 and has had a good deal of success in a short period of time. Hyperion offers expert recruitment solutions across a number of verticals to the following companies: sports-book, exchange, poker, bingo, casino, gaming software providers, on-line payment solution providers and gaming operators. All of our employees have had plenty of experience in the eGaming industry; the level of betting expertise in our business is of paramount importance for understanding the needs of our clients and candidates. Due to the exponential growth of the business we have found ourselves encountering increasingly more marketing positions and therefore we are looking for a capable and experienced marketing expert to join our expanding business as a recruitment consultant.
The Candidate

You should be sufficiently capable and knowledgeable of marketing as a whole so that you can take an objective view of the skills of any possible candidate or the specifics of any role being offered by a client.
Experience in recruitment is preferable but not essential; however the successful candidate will be required to have demonstrable sales/account management experience.
The successful individual must be outgoing, target orientated, game for a challenge and very importantly, have a good sense of humour. This is a great chance to grow with an exciting and dynamic company and as such we are searching for someone who will be able work well independently and as part of a team. If you are looking to move into a large corporate recruitment team, then this is not the role for you. We are a small recruitment company with big ideas, so you will be a big fish in a relatively small pond. The successful candidate can expect exceptional career progression, but must have the drive and tenacity to think independently and occasionally be trusted to work remotely. The hours may sometimes be long and the job will be demanding, but the rewards will be there and you will be offered a lucrative commission structure for your efforts.

Ideally you will have 12-18 months recruitment experience, and have a specific interest on working on marketing/commercial roles

This role will incorporate more than simply recruitment. There will be the chance to work on sports/betting based content for the website news board, whilst also playing a key role in marketing and advertising when required. The opportunity to travel will be prevalent, with successful consultants being given the chance to run offices in established and emerging online gaming territories. Career progression will be excellent and as the business grows so too will the successful candidate’s responsibilities.
Other Responsibilities

- Entertaining clients at designating sports/gaming events to build successful working relationships.
- Representing Hyperion at trade shows and industry events.
- Preparing client presentations.
- Maintaining sales records
-Attending iGaming social events
