Job Description
Our Client: Our Client is a large online gaming company, with Sportsbook, games, poker and casino products, based in central London. They have a sensational opportunity for an experienced marketing guru to join their team.
The Role:
The Marketing Executive will report to the Head of Marketing in the Online Casino Department.
Role purpose:
• To plan and implement promotional activity for casino product on a Quarterly basis – in order to deliver product unique users and margin on a quarterly basis
• To supervise weekly customer comms including e-mail, SMS, crediting and prizing
• Take day to day responsibility for High Value customer rewards and incentives
• Work closely with Head of Marketing on all Marketing communications to ensure highest response rate and pay back
Key responsibilities include:
• Design a quarterly promotions and game launch marketing schedule assessing liability, free bet risk and projected payback. Ensure plan is signed off by casino product stake holders most notably Head of Marketing, Marketing Director and Director of Gaming
• Work closely with casino Marketing Assistant to ensure that all promotional activity is implemented on time and to budget
• Work with Mktg assistant in the effective use of Silver Pop, Campaign Manager and Open Bet so as to provide operational support to the casino marketing team including the crediting of all free bets and promotions
• Manage the Weekly or Bi weekly build and send of targeted e-mails and SMS to tribes of games players
• Work closely with Head of Marketing & Marketing strategy teams to ensure the speedy and robust delivery of an effective and industry leading promotional CMS back end
• Own the day to day management on High Value casino customers ensuring that we deliver a cost effective but generous loyalty and incentives scheme
• Work closely with Marketing Heads to ensure that we maximise cross sell from Poker, Bingo and sports betting by providing promotions and creative where necessary
• Work closely with Online Acquisitions team to deliver maximum number of new players to the casino ensuring that bonus incentives and creative are fine tuned to optimise recruitment
• Ensure that all casino promotions and marketing evaluations are conducted accurately and on time so as to inform Quarterly strategy (working closely with Mktg Strategy team)
• Feed into each Quarterly strategy with recent learnings from work on HV programme, weekly communications and market analysis.
