  <job-description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Company&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Loyalty Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering the company loyalty marketing program through its &amp;lsquo;DRS&amp;rsquo; system and infrastructure.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The company has a sophisticated gaming loyalty programme and the Loyalty Marketing Manager is responsible for the launch of the loyalty programme as it rolls-out across the casino estate. They will provide training and on-going support and strategic input to the casinos at a local level.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Additionally, the manager is responsible for the implementation of centrally controlled loyalty initiatives for DRS and the evolution of the scheme in partnership with his/her counterparts in both the UK and the overseas office.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Principal Accountabilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull;	To ensure the smooth implementation of the loyalty programme infrastructure at each new casino.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;bull;	To support the local casino management post-implementation.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;bull;	To train local casino personnel on the intrinsics of the loyalty programme, including the development and implementation of offers, plus provide on-going support to maximise the investment made in the loyalty programme.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;bull;	To assist the local casino management develop relevant loyalty based incentives that complement their existing plans.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;bull;	To develop best-practice in loyalty marketing through the implementation of test campaigns.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;bull;	Work closely with the Marketing Analyst to understand player behaviour within the loyalty scheme, report in detail on all campaigns and utilise this knowledge to develop best-practice.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;bull;	Work with other senior marketing colleagues, work colleagues and external agencies to further develop the loyalty proposition and share best practice.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;bull;	To ensure all campaigns are briefed, created, implemented and measured engaging the respective business units throughout.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;bull;	Responsible for delivering a range of diverse programmes and key marketing projects across all of our client&amp;rsquo;s UK locations,&lt;strong&gt; namely:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;o	The implementation and delivery of the company marketing strategy ensuring that the group&amp;rsquo;s objectives are reinforced and developed.&lt;br /&gt;
o	To protect and enhance the brands across the business.&lt;br /&gt;
o	Champion the consumer perspective for all developments, ensuring that initiatives are in line with the relative brand experience.&lt;br /&gt;
o	To support additional local marketing activity as required outside of the DRS loyalty program.&lt;br /&gt;
o	Act as a day to day contact point for casino management and DRS champions to provide advice, suggestions and solutions when required.&lt;br /&gt;
o	To build trust, communicate effectively, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity. &lt;br /&gt;
o	Have a good understanding of the importance of legal and regulatory frameworks within the gaming industry.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Personal Skills &amp;amp; Experience&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull;	A passionate consumer marketer with understanding and practical experience of retention and loyalty drivers designed to drive revenue and increase bottom line.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;bull;	Good experience of all aspects of the marketing mix in the customer service and or a related company sector. &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;bull;	A self starter &amp;ndash; Demonstrates initiative and enthusiasm, well organised, skilled at managing own workload to meet deadlines and be able to clearly demonstrate both project and time management skills to deliver multiple projects on time and budget.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;bull;	Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;bull;	Knowledge and experience of managing large dynamic customer databases and communication programmes.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;bull;	Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives. &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;bull;	Must enjoy finding innovative solutions to business challenges.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;bull;	Strong IT skills across all the core MS office products. &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;bull;	Must possess a blend of business thinking and commercial savvy and the drive to make projects&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Working Hours&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull;	Minimum 40-hour working week Monday to Sunday&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;bull;	There will be a need for frequent travel, as well as work outside of standard business hours.&lt;br /&gt;
