Job Description
You will play a role as the central resource for knowledge management in the Marketing Acquisition Team.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving a complete understanding of our client’s Acquisition Marketing activities and Marketing tools
- Identifying, creating & distributing key insights from both internal and external sources to our local and global sales/marketing teams
- Implementing processes and an internal system for knowledge sharing between the acquisition marketing teams
- Devising and implementing induction process for new employees
- Identifying and developing training programmes for existing employees of all levels
Qualifications and experience:
- 7 years post graduation work experience in related field (essential)
- Strong experience in online marketing, preferably acquired through several business models/channels (essential)
- University degree in related field (essential)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly excel and PowerPoint (essential)
- Experience working in knowledge management in online gaming environment (desired)
- Firsthand experience of developing a system for knowledge management in an organization (desired)
- Experience working in a Pan-European or Worldwide environment (desired)
Skills/competencies required:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation & written)
