Due to our clients continued growth they are currently recruiting for experienced Java Support professionals that can work within a multi-client support team providing incident resolution and enhancements.
You will support multiple in house platforms and systems whilst working both independently and alongside senior team members in a 24/7 support environment.
Working in a reactive environment you should be able to offer Proactive solutions to solving issues and adding value.
Candidates must be able to display experience within a support environment with the following technical knowledge Java, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Problem solving / bug fixing, SQL,JDBC,XML/XSLT, Linux development environment, UNIX shell scriptin and Unit Testing
Object oriented design skills.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to multi task and communicate effectively is key, prior experience within a 24/7 support environment is a distinct advantage.
