Job Description
Overall Purpose of Role
This role provides Italian support for the Poker Room. This includes all Italian tournament and ring game creation and administration, and administration and setup of various live tournament campaigns. The candidate will report to the Poker Room Manager.
Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
• Creation and maintenance of Italian public and private tournaments, including Sit & Go tournaments
• Creation and maintenance of all Italian ring game offerings
• Creation and maintenance of all Italian in-game messaging
• Creation and maintenance of Italian live event promotions and online qualifiers to those events.
• Implementation of all in-game pieces of Italian promotions
• Communication with Events team to ensure online winners to live Italian events get taken care of
• Various ad-hoc duties related to Poker Room administration, including gathering feedback from players via email and forums, helping prioritize Italian specific game features, and marketing messaging to players
• Daily, weekly and monthly analyses of Italian poker room activity to be presented to the Poker Room Manager
Skills/ Experience required:
• The candidate must have an expert knowledge in online poker
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written communication skills
Additional skills that are a plus:
• Familiarity with poker forums (Italian poker forums especially)
• Familiarity with live poker events (especially in Italy)
• Strong analytical skills
