About the Company
Our client is one of the world's most popular online gaming entertainment companies. They develop and manage principal aspects of its operations in-house, including software development, marketing, business development, back office payment processing, risk management, and member relationship management.
Job Goals
• Ensure successful planning and execution of all Bingo CRM activities
• Ensure successful optimisation of bingo chat rooms
• Ensure successful day-to-day supervision of operations (chat moderation, risk management, support, payment processing)
Responsibilities
• Ensure optimisation of all games
• Create, invent and launch new bingo games on an ongoing basis
• Ongoing scheduling of special games and patterns
• Generate special jackpot events and games
• Look at the network on a weekly perspective “how do we orchestrate all the scheduled events and package it to the players”
• Promote games and activities on the website
• Communicate with chat hosts weekly to “push” players to buy cards and participate in special daily games
• Orchestrate the weekly schedule of the network – bingo games, jackpot games, community events, daily promotions
• Work closely with all acquisition marketing channels to communicate planned events externally (affiliate blogs, SEO sites)
• Responsibility for all content management aspects of the network website to deliver fresh content that is extracted from the bingo application arena
• Content management of the website – do everything to entice players in towards the bingo game
• Launch new or “upgrade” existing content areas in the website (event calendar, my account page)
• Work on an ongoing daily basis with copywriting and creative to deliver the above
• Updating the bingo application with banners, new rooms, prize rooms, lobby layout etc
• Be one focal point of all the network activities – for support, operations, marketing, etc
• Meet deadlines for all operational excellence projects
• Execute projects within tight deadlines (promotions, planned games, etc)
• Ensure up to date watch of all competitor activities and make recommendations where necessary
Technical Skills
• Thorough understanding of online marketing within the Bingo Space
• At least 3years experience of managing a bingo room
• Proven competence in Project Management
• High level of computer literacy and analytical skills
Qualifications
• Flexibility to adapt – eg. running innovative campaigns, competitions and promotional activities to suit very different markets and budgets
• Detail conscious, with the ability to deliver excellent results against challenging time deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial attitude – creative & innovative, not constrained by negative thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills & leadership - ability to influence & inspire others and to work effectively in a diverse team as part of a dynamic business
Education
• Bachelors Degree or above- essential
Experience
• Proven experience in multichannel marketing of bingo
• Gaming experience- essential
• Experience working in the French Market- essential
• Languages- Fluent in French- essential
