Role overview

The position of Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing cutting-edge email marketing strategies to ensure customers receive personalised and targeted content. You will create, evaluate and further refine email marketing campaigns through the use of tracking methods and conversion metrics to achieve optimal levels of recipient engagement. You will mainly be responsible for:
• Maximising inbox deliverability
• Maintenance of good IP address reputation
• Data hygiene
• Template optimisation using split-testing, advanced targeting and segmentation
• Co-ordination, scheduling and project management of email sends
• Analysis of trends and stats
• Following up with ISPs re issues
• Competitor analysis and keeping abreast of the latest email Marketing best practices
• Proficient in exporting and importing data from various sources and making sure that integrity of data is managed during these processes

• Sound background and understanding of email marketing, eCRM or database marketing
• Excellent written and spoken English
• IT / Marketing degree or equivalent
