The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an online gaming role, preferably with at least 1 year leading a team.
Duties
• Take ownership of the overall product strategy, ensuring it is line with overall business strategies. Identify areas of opportunity and improvement to help achieve this.
• Be ultimately responsible for websites and on-going promotional activity. Develop and execute plans for cross promotions between all products.
• Lead the online marketing initiatives for the product and ensure that maximum value is delivered from the database. Create and deliver monthly communications plans across the products.
• Play a leading role with offline marketing initiatives and ensure that they are in line with the overall product strategy.
• With help from the Head of Compliance, ensure that all regulatory requirements are met in every area of the Danish business.
• Manage and supervise the product team of up to 3 people.
• Ensure that the team delivers on defined VIP and CRM strategies.
• Work closely and coordinate activities with other parts of the organisation, in particular with technology, creative and online marketing teams.
• Maintain and develop commercial relationships with 3rd parties.
• Keep abreast of industry news, regulation changes, competitor offerings and industry innovations.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years online gaming experience.
• Proven online product management experience within the gaming environment. Must have good knowledge of poker, sportsbook and casino markets.
• Must speak and write excellent Danish and English.
• Must be detail orientated and have an excellent work ethic.
• Require excellent organisational, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Previous team management experience would be advantageous.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
