Job Description
Our client is a leading financial institution based in London; they currently have an urgent requirement for three graduate sales/CS executives to join their expanding team. If you have a significant interest in finance/spread-betting coupled with an analytical mind and strong numeracy skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Be the first point of contact for Customers and act as an ambassador for the company
• Perform the role of a trader taking instructions over the telephone from Customers to place their orders
• Provide Customer support at all levels, dealing quickly and efficiently with enquiries or complaints by phone, post or email
• Ensure that more complex Customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner
• Feedback reoccurring customer issues to Manager and relevant internal department, where applicable
• Understand and know the needs and expectations of the Customers
• Work to Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly objectives and targets
• Update all databases and ensure Customer information is accurate
• Follow internal policies and adhere to regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the company’s customer experience
• Championing swift and effective service that increases opportunities and revenue
• There will also be the opportunity to be part of the client’s spreads sales team, taking on an Account Manager role for new spread betting clients, which will involve much of the same responsibilities as above with the company’s clients

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal diplomatically with difficult customers
• Confident and proactive in communicating with people at all levels and working as part of the team
• Enthusiastic to learn about CFDs, Spread Betting and the wider stock market
• Reliable and willing to work antisocial hours in order to meet customers’ requirements, solve their problems and thus encourage future business
• Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload and to work under pressure
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications
Experience & Qualifications Required:
• Achieved good grades at A/AS Levels and above
• Basic understanding of CFDs and financial spread betting
• Experience in or knowledge of the financial sector
• Effective relationship builder, negotiator, conflict handler and influencer
• Pragmatic and flexible, handles ambiguity and remains focused
• Performance driven and results orientated with a strong bias for action and outcome
• Strong problem solver
• Fluency in another language is desirable
