<p>Job Overview: To be responsible for achieving the contribution from high rollers as set out in the business plan. The role includes recruitment and management of new VIP players from all channels with a particular focus on our client’s land based casino estate. This will involve liaising with individual players on a daily basis to service their needs and requirements – bonuses, account funding, hospitality and resolution of any issues.</p>
<p>The VIP manager will be required to work evenings and weekends as required and to attend various hospitality events as dictated by the business. This is a ‘hands on’ role which requires a motivated, professional individual to take ownership of this key segment of our client’s customer base.</p>
<p><strong>Principal Accountabilities</strong></p>
<p>• Manage all VIP casino players on an individual basis<br />
• Develop existing VIP reward programme to increase loyalty and player satisfaction. <br />
• Manage VIP specific promotions and bonuses and report to business on profitability.<br />
• Liaise with Club directors to increase online VIP contribution from land based casinos.<br />
• Work with marketing team to develop online recruitment of high value players.<br />
• Achieve VIP targets as agreed with Casino Manager.<br />
• Reactivate lapsed players via direct contact.<br />
• Analyse competitor landscape and identify opportunities within the market.<br />
• Produce internal and external management reports <br />
• Manage VIP hospitality events on behalf of the company</p>
<p><strong>Personal Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<p>• Sales focussed – ambitious, motivated and driven<br />
• Ability to work unsupervised to hit required targets.<br />
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form good relationships with clients.<br />
• Extensive knowledge of online loyalty programs with experience in managing VIP players.<br />
• Working knowledge of gaming software including risk management and bonus systems.<br />
• Extensive contact list and/or ability to quickly convert leads.<br />
• Pragmatic, ‘hands-on’ approach to recruitment <br />
• Good consumer understanding and passion for customer excellence.<br />
