Our client is looking to recruit an Online Casino Manager of exceptional ability who will possess the passion and drive to succeed. You will take full responsibility for the P & L of the business and have control over the strategic direction of their online casino business. You will report directly to the Head of Non-Retail.
Ideal Candidate
Candidates will have several years’ experience of working within the Betting or E-gaming industry. They will have a strong knowledge of the online casino market and products, as well as a passion and interest for online gaming. It is likely that the candidate will currently be working, or have worked, with a leading company in this sector in a similar role.
The individual must possess first class communication and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise at all levels. Creative and hard working the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast moving environment
Role and Responsibilities
Responsibility for the development and profitability of our client’s online Casino offering.
• Delivering an enhanced customer experience through planning of promotions and offers.
• New product development, product enhancement and innovation.
• Budget planning and forecasting.
• Development and execution of Customer Retention plans.
• Management of 3rd party supplier.
• Internal liaison with Customer Services, Marketing and IT.
• Product analysis and reporting.
• Assess and develop plans for expansion across new platforms.
• Establish distribution channels – affiliates, portals etc.
• Liaise with offline casino operators re promotions, product development, cross marketing, branding etc.
• Working across different product areas when the need arises, including: Games, Bingo and Skill Games.
• Work with Head of Business Development to identify new product opportunities.
• Devise and implement a Customer Retention Plan.
Qualifications and Experience
• 2 –5 years experience in an online environment
• Experience working within the online gaming/betting industry would be a preference but not essential.
• Experience of the offline casino industry is preferred but again not essential.
• Highly business aware.
• Strong project management skills
• Graduate calibre with strong analytical skills
Personal Qualities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a strong team player. Innovative and flexible you will adopt to new ideas and concepts quickly and efficiently. You will have the ability to set priorities and manage tasks in order to meet deadlines. You will be capable of reporting to senior management, however must be “hands-on” with regard to day to day management and enhancement of the casino product.
