<p><strong>The Client:</strong></p>
<p>Our client is a well established, multi-product gaming operator who is in the process of establishing offices within Malta. They are now searching for a Commercial Manager to develop the product across a number of territories and drive up acquisition and profit.</p>
<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br />
• Maximise casino gross revenues and net player yield<br />
• Manage the casino website and lobby<br />
• Drive the development and improvement of the casino offering<br />
• Run a team of campaign executives<br />
• Grow a loyal casino customer base through customer acquisition and retention<br />
• Manage 3rd party relationships with suppliers<br />
• Work independently and coach/ develop a small team</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br />
• Full budgetary responsibility for the casino product<br />
• Develop and optimise the strategy and tactics for customer life cycle management <br />
• Develop and run marketing campaigns to acquire, retain, and reactivate casino players <br />
• Optimize product/services offering, pricing, promotions, and distribution channels. <br />
• Maximize casino and games yield by optimizing the use of customer bonuses<br />
• Drive the development and improvement of the casino product and act as the main point of contact to the casino suppliers<br />
• Liaise internally with other departmental managers to develop and run local marketing campaigns in correlation with the marketing activities other departments<br />
• Manage the casino website and lobby<br />
• Manage a team of campaign executives<br />
• Build understanding of customer needs through analysis of customer activity and segmentation<br />
• Conduct competitive analyses and benchmarks<br />
• Monitor the performance on a daily basis and provide regular reports to the Business Area Director<br />
