Job Description
Overview:
Under the direction of Head of Affiliates implement the Affiliate Program for existing and new Affiliates across all Casino brands.
Key Duties:
• Develop existing relationships with current Affiliates and acquire new Affiliates.
• Analyse the performance of the Affiliates on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Manage the communication with Affiliates
• To increase the exposure of our client’s brands on forums and review sites
• To ensure creative and promotional material is readily available for the Affiliates on a monthly/Ad hoc basis
• To come up with unique promotions that make us stand out against other poker/casino brands
• To attend Affiliate conferences and have the flexibility to travel to meet key affiliates.
• Supporting the Department where necessary
Skills:
• Analytical in approach and have the ability to report key metrics
• One or more of the following languages Skills will be considered an advantage – French, German, Italian, Spanish, written and spoken
• Must be Web savvy
• Attention to detail
• Must be adaptable
• Ability to work as both an individual and in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
• Have a sense of urgency in everything you do
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent computer skills (experience with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• The ability to produce results whilst working under pressure
• Problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
• A good understanding of online poker/casino and the current challenges within the industry
• The ability to understand localisation in different territories would be advantageous
Desirable:
• Experience in Affiliate Management within the Gaming Industry
• Marketing Qualification
Knowledge:
• Microsoft Office – advanced
• 2 years experience within the Gaming Industry, preferably working in Casino
