Job Description

Role
• To implement a solution for enterprise data storage in a safe and secure manner.
• To implement a process for the prioritisation of projects into the Business Intelligence program stream.
• To ensure projects and programs are delivered to time, cost, quality and scope.
• To ensure that the stated business benefits are realised for all projects

Principal accountabilities
IT delivery, quality and availability
• Driving business change and ensuring that business cases (budget and benefits) are updated and plans are in place to realise benefits for all projects and programmes
• Delivering a number of approved projects and programmes within agreed timescales and budgets
• Ensuring that projects are planned, managed and reported in line with our client’s Project Management Framework across all international locations
• Undertakes assurance activities to monitor project progress against milestones, quality criteria and costs
• Identify and ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve / mitigate against key issues, risks and dependencies across projects and programmes
• Support the Head of Delivery to promote the smooth delivery of the project portfolio
• Manage a team of Project Managers, Analysts, System Integrators and Project Coordinators

Customer Service and Relations
• Work with the Head of Delivery and Executives in order to maintain awareness of business needs and concerns at all times;
• Work with the IS Procurement Manager to maintain relations with vendors and keep them informed and involved in future IS strategies;

Operational Budgeting and Reporting
• Understand the budgeting and cost elements of the project portfolio and the detailed breakdown of components;
• Develop a quarterly forecast as required to ensure future requirements are catered for.
People Management, Team Leadership and Development
• Create team spirit and ensure morale is maintained at high levels through effective communication
• Ensure that team / individuals all have clear understanding of roles and responsibilities as well as an understanding of the wider business priorities and how their activities fit into the wider business goals
• Ensure that resources are managed to ensure optimal utilisation

Qualifications, skills & experience
Essential:
• Robust character and integrity
• Educated to degree level
• Gained Project Management qualification or certification
• Direct experience of Business Intelligence, Customer Relationship Marketing solution implementation and development
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing principled, concepts and implementation
• Knowledge of Business Analytics
• Minimum 5 years experience in a project /program management role
• Previous experience of managing projects through the full Project Life Cycle using a structured methodology such as PRINCE2, and also Agile techniques
• Previous experience of line management and developing a delivery team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong supplier management skills and awareness of how the external market effects the business and service
• A strong customer focus, recognizing internal and external customers, establishing effective relationships. Strong communication (verbal/written) and influencing skills, with an ability to manage internal and external relationships up to senior levels of management
• Proven track record and ability in leading technical staff, using wide-ranging skills (including planning, organizing and interpersonal skills)
• Extensive experience of delivering projects via third parties
• Willing to travel abroad to the UK, IL and/or any other place as required.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure and stay calm

Desirable:
• Previous experience in Gaming Industry
