Job Description
Our client is looking for an Agile Product Owner available to start as soon as possible, to initiate and successfully execute larger IT related projects

Responsibilities
• Create and maintain product vision and roadmap - work with Business and Technical Stakeholders to create delivery roadmap.
• Collect high level themes and business requirements (epic) and decompose them into user stories.
• Validate requirements and solution designs with stakeholders.
• Provide clarification to the Agile development team when needed.
• Coordinate and monitor requirement dependencies with other groups (Frontend Dev, User Experience, Product Integration, Platform, etc.).
• Prioritize and sequence business requirements and schedule them into release scope; communicate release schedules and updates to stakeholders.
• Review and accept the solution delivered by the Agile development team. Drive acceptance of the solution amongst stakeholder.
• Maintain the team's work backlog; make sure that there is an adequate supply of groomed stories.
• Participate in backlog meeting, story grooming, daily stand-ups and demos as member of the team.
• Triage incoming defects and enhancements in a timely manner.
• Champion continuous process improvement with the Technical Lead across the product development life-cycle.
• Prioritize the work to be done by the development team.
• Ensure maximal business value of scheduled work.

Skills
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Strong experience in software/web development organizations.
• Good experience as either product owner, scrum master, business analyst or project manager.
• Passion for gambling products (sports betting, poker, casino) an advantage.
• Fantastic communication and presentation skills for customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to articulate complex technical ideas in simple terms.
• General technical knowledge of a set of technologies including web applications, J2EE, web services and databases.
• Solid experience with Agile development approach, Kanban experience is a plus.
• Must thrive in multi-tasking, quick moving and demanding environment.
• Adept at bridging the gap between business and IT development.
