Job Overview: To be responsible for the acquisition and management of new small to medium affiliates/ partners. Acquisition and retention of affiliates/ partners is the priority part of this role. The role also seeks out new opportunities for partnerships and affiliates and developing these so they contribute to the overall affiliate/ partner channel.
Principal Accountabilities
• Recruit small to medium affiliates through a combination of outbound calling, e-mail, face to face meetings.
• Prioritise this recruitment so the highest revenue generating affiliates/ partners are recruited first.
• Build a database of good contacts to ensure we are targeting the best affiliates/ partners within the industry.
• Contribute and develop new ideas for other opportunities with partners/ affiliates outside of the industry.
• Manage these affiliates ensuring their sign up process to the program is quick and successful.
• Maximize revenue opportunities with these affiliates/ partners through an ongoing schedule of promotions and bonuses
• Attendance at conferences and other events where required.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting as determined necessary by the business
Personal Skills & Experience
• Knowledge of the gaming and or affiliate industry is essential, as is a proven track record in a sales or account management role.
• The ideal candidate will be a used to working in a high pressure, high reward environment and will be a self motivated, target driven individual.
• Must be skilled at managing workload and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills are essential.
• A strong working knowledge of MS Office products with strong numeracy and excel skills.
• Candidate must be presentable and be flexible to spend many hours working away from the office and home.
