Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Processing deposits and withdrawals of player funds
• Producing reports relating to withdrawals of player funds
• Dealing with player account queries / communication via email and phone
• Analysing player accounts in relation to risk management
• Producing reports relating to the above
• Other tasks to assist the Department Manager as required from time to time
Requirements:
• Highly organised
• Ability to learn quickly
• Team player
• Good customer service
• Strong communication skills - both written (email) and verbal (telephone)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Understand gaming legislation (not essential, on the job training if necessary)
• Basic mathematical skills
