Job Description
Objectives
To proactively work with our client’s client base with the objective to increase the revenues generated through the use of their gaming solutions, and ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. The Account Manager shall build and maintain a broad contact base in each account and ensure that a mutually beneficial business relationship is nurtured. This will involve frequent business trips and customer entertaining.
Main Job Responsibilities;
The Account Manager shall;
• Own the client relationships and be the interface between the clients and the company
• Be responsible for that targets, goals and objectives as agreed for the Client Accounts are met.
• Understand the Clients business environments in order to proactively identify strategic activities securing short and long term revenue growth targets.
• Frequently measure performance of Clients Casino results, and take immediate action as necessary to rectify deviations.
• Make sure that Account plans for Client Accounts exists, and that they are properly updated and executed.
• Build strong and productive relations with the Clients on all relevant levels securing highest customer satisfaction leading to revenue growth
• Follows our client’s core values, and business ethics
• Make sure that a customer satisfaction survey is performed once a year, and that relevant changes are implemented within the Client Accounts as relevant based on the survey result.
• Make sure to be fully updated on all relevant product information, marketing and other promotion material, which shall be communicated, delivered and implemented to the Clients.
• On monthly basis submit a monthly report giving clear information on the Clients performance, achievements, activities, and any other information as relevant
• Make sure that our client’s Sales Management tools are properly used and updated for the Client accounts.
• Make sure that All market intelligence information are appropriate submitted, and distributed to relevant internal stakeholders
• Participate and as appropriate take active part in major exhibitions, conferences, seminars etc. on a global basis
• At all times act professionally, be structured and organized
• Specific Activities:
• Conduct customer training on the system
• Actively keep clients informed about product developments, i.e. new features, functions, games, languages etc.
• Assume a “consultancy” role providing the clients with expert advice and recommendations how to grow the business
• Keep close track on clients performance and take proactive measures in the event of deviations from expected fall-out and growth of the licensees casino operations
• Through proactive measures maximize the result from each client’s casino operation.
• Respond to customer queries and requests
• Distribute news letters
• Prepare and distribute monthly uptime reports
• Following every customer meeting prepare minutes of meeting which will be saved on the company server and distributed to the licensee.
• Plan and execute customer events with key clients
• Collect customer specific requirements and feed these back to the organization.
• Maintain updated records on each clients product set-up (game selection, language set-up etc) and be aware of client specific commercial arrangements
• Identify any new business opportunities within the accounts and to offer additional products and services as appropriate.
• Have an in-depth understanding of the product and its capabilities
• Plan every release in advance to ensure that new games are deployed immediately upon upgrade to a new release.
• Work closely with the Product Manager and have a clear view of product roadmap and strategic direction.
• Have an in-depth understanding of how to incentives game-play through e.g. tournaments, bonus programs – i.e. understand the end user.
• At all times show that our client cares about the customer and the success of their business
Goals
To maximize the revenue growth potential within contracted client base, by proactively managing Client Accounts. To make sure that the Clients are provided best in class services, securing highest Client satisfaction.
Travel
Travel shall be conducted as required, and will be required with short notice. The Account Manager will be outside of office visiting customer at least 2-3 days per week.
