The moment has finally arrived, Hyperion Gaming have launched Executive Search and Selection specifically for the gaming industry. We have built a business model specifically designed to search and select the very best senior management and board level candidates that the industry has to offer. Our network combines director level candidates within on & offline gaming, so you can be sure that you have the very best talent at your disposal.

The Purpose

Our executive search and selection product is designed to give focus and clarity to the recruitment process, structuring a target driven and service level based search plan that encourages efficiency through working in partnership. It sounds complicated, but it really isn’t, as we do all of the hard work for you.

Salary Ranges

Hyperion's Executive Search and Selection product is typically appropriate for hires with a total monetary package value of over £79,999. This is not exclusive and is dependent upon the scope of the hire and structure of the organisation involved.

The Benefits

  • We complete a highly structured and service level orientated process document, bespoke to each individual client. The information for the search is gathered on-site, during a face to face briefing with the client, where parameters and search criteria are set out in full.
  • We travel internationally to assess and interview each candidate on an individual basis.
  • We allocate a researcher, a resourcer and a project manager to oversee the smooth completion of the search.
  • We utilise our extensive network across: Research driven data, peer referrals, social media channels, database, press and direct advertising.
  • We work in partnership with the client to ensure service level agreements are met and exceeded, reporting progress at every stage.
  • We complete a final face to face debrief with the client to outline the search results. This includes an analysis of the current market, organisations approached, geographical locations covered and the final submission of short-list.
  • We lastly report back as to why we feel our final submissions are the best that the market has to offer.

Fees and Payment

The payment terms associated to Hyperion's executive search and selection are as follows:

  • One third of payment upon agreement and signing of contract.
  • One third of payment upon completion of resourcing process.
  • One third of payment upon candidate signature of contract and agreement of start date.
