Sven Goran Eriksson is the new favourite to take over at Craven Cottage, according to Ladbrokes.

The Swede has been gambled into 7/4, from 6/1, for the Fulham vacancy having displaced former market leader Dave Jones (2/1).

Ladbrokes spokesman, Nick Weinberg, said: “Eriksson has been there or thereabouts since Hodgson’s departure. But support for him has kicked into overdrive over the last 24 hours.”
