The publication France24.com reports that three land-based casino operators, Casino du Golfe, JOA and Tranchant Groupe, have achieved the exacting licensing standards demanded by French regulator ARJEL, and will shortly join Playtech's dedicated French iPoker network.

In July, Playtech advised that the three new sites would go up as soon as JOA, Groupe Tranchant and Casino du Golfe successfully received French licensing.

In related news, iGaming France advises that the French regulator cracked down on online sports betting operator NetBet, which was stopped from displaying its logo on the shirts of French first league football team Montpellier over the weekend on grounds that it was not licensed in France.
