William Hill have trimmed the price of England being chosen to host the 2018 World Cup from 11/10 to 1/1 after support for the bid today. Hills think that the biggest danger to the England bid will be Russia at 7/4, with Spain & Portugal 9/2 then 12/1 Belgium & Holland.

"On paper we feel that England has by far the strongest bid and it would seem that our punters agree," said Hill;'s spokesman Rupert Adams.
