Spain are 4/1, from 5/1, to win Euro 2008, according to Ladbrokes, following their impressive 4-1 win over Russia yesterday.
And hat trick hero David Villa is 11/8 to claim the Golden Boot.
The Iberians are 1/40 to qualify, whilst fellow victors Sweden are 1/3 to progress. Russia and Greece are 5/2 and 7/1 respectively, with the holders out to 80/1 to retain their crown
Ladbrokes spokesman, Nick Weinberg, said: “In isolation, yesterday’s results were shockers for us. And there were plenty of punters who put them together in the double, which added to our woes.”
The Harrow-based firm refunded losing first goal scorer bets on Theofanis Gekas as the Greek forward was substituted whilst his side were drawing 0-0 with Sweden.
