Following England’s disappointing one day series against Australia, Sky Bet are offering 2/1 for Andrew Strauss’ men not to win a match in the ICC Champions Trophy. England’s first match sees them take on Sri Lanka tomorrow (live on Sky Sports 1 from 1:30pm) and it’s 7/4 for England to come out on top (4/9 Sri Lanka).

Sri Lanka, who opened their Champions Trophy campaign with a 55-run victory against South Africa on the opening day, are 4/1 to remain unbeaten throughout the tournament. After his match winning 106 runs against the hosts, the Sri Lankan opener Tillakaratne Dilshan is 6/1 to score a century against England. It’s 3/1 for Dilshan to be Sri Lanka’s top batsman and 4/6 for the Sri Lankan openers to have the highest opening partnership (11/10 England & 25/1 Draw).

Sky Bet’s Tim Reynolds said: “Under-strength England will have to improve dramatically from the NatWest series if they are going to trouble Sri Lanka or even win one of their three qualifying matches.”

“Tillakaratne Dilshan, who averaged 41.80 in this year’s IPL in South Africa, showed how much he loves the South African wickets with a century against the hosts in the opening match and the 3/1 for the opener to be Sri Lanka’s top batsman looks great value.”
