Former Chelsea interim manager Guus Hiddink has hinted that he would be interested in returning to Premier League management and Sky Bet make it an 11/10 chance that he does so before the end of next year.
Hiddink, who is preparing his Russia side for their remaining World Cup qualifiers, expects to take a break from football after the finals in South Africa and Sky Bet make him 4/6 not to return to the English Premier League before 2011.
Hiddink spent a successful four months at Chelsea last season, guiding the Blues to FA Cup glory and Sky Bet make Chelsea 8/1 favourites to be the club the Dutchman manages should he return to the English top flight by the end of next year. Hiddink is 10/1 to head to Liverpool and 12/1 to make Manchester United his first project should he return to English football before 2011.
Sky Bet’s Helen Jacob said: “Should Hiddink make himself available for a return to English football, there will be a queue of Premier League clubs lining up to recruit him as manager and if Ancelotti fails to live up to expectations this season, Chelsea would be the obvious destination for the Dutchman.”
Sky Bet Odds: Hiddink return to the Premier League before 2011
