Sky Bet have produced a market on which team will be leading the Coca Cola Championship after the first ten matches and make Middlesbrough 5/1 favourites. West Brom are Sky Bet’s 13/2 second favourites to be the divisional pacesetters after ten matches, with QPR third favourites at 8/1.

Newcastle United can be backed at 9/1 to make a good start to life in the Championship and Roy Keane’s Ipswich are also 9/1 to be heading the table after the first ten games.

Sky Bet’s Stewart Beesley said: “Although all the usual suspects are at the top end of the market, this really is wide open.
