Channel 5 is moving into online gaming as it looks to diversify away from pure television. It is linking up with PartyGaming, which will create an internet gambling platform to be branded Five.
The channel's chief executive, Dawn Airey, said PartyGaming's job is to “create for Five's audience the very best gaming experience”.
It is PartyGaming's fourth business-to-business deal this year, with possibly more to come.
