Yesterday saw Britain’s Andy Murray successfully progress through to the quarter-finals of the Sony Ericsson Open in Miami with a 6-1 6-0 victory over Viktor Troicki. Murray will now face Fernando Verdasco and Sky Bet are offering 2/5 for Murray to progress through to the semi finals and evens for the Brit to win in straight sets.

It’s 15/8 for the world number four to be eliminated at the quarter final stage and 11/10 the semi final stage. Murray, who was beaten by Nadal in the final of the Indian Wells Masters last week is 6/1 to once again finish as runner up and it’s 4/1 to Murray to claim his first Masters Series event in 2009.
