Portsmouth pairing Jermaine Defoe and Peter Crouch are 10/1 with Ladbrokes to both make Fabio Capello's starting XI this Saturday.
The Fratton Park aces have nine goals between them but the bookies reckon the England boss will overlook at least one of Harry Redknapp's stars for the Kazakhstan clash.
After admitting it is his "dream" to play for Barcelona, Ladbrokes offer 6/4 that Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas will leave The Emirates before the start of next season. He is 1/2 to still be at the club.
Rafa Benitez looks more certain to still be at Anfield next season, with Ladbrokes offering 1/4 about him being Liverpool manager despite speculation that the club owners are unwilling to extend his current contract.
David Williams of Ladbrokes said: "Benitez has ridden out some storms on Merseyside and we'd be shocked if he doesn't now sort out his contract wranglings. With Liverpool going well it's the obvious time to extend."
