Following the decision to change the voting structure for the Eurovision Song Contest, William Hill have reinstating Terry Wogan in their betting for who will present the Song Contest in 2009.
Hills make Graham Norton their 8/11 favourite to be the BBC Anchor with Terry Wogan now second favourite at 6/5. The UK entrant is rated as an outsider at 33/1 to win and 3/1 to come dead last.
"We desperately hope Terry Wogan can be persuaded to take part in 2009 as turnover would almost certainly be down without Terry. Sadly whatever the changes, we still think that the UK will have more chance of coming last than first," said Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.
