PAUL Ince has been slashed to 10/1, from 25/1, to become the next Newcastle manager, following a run of money.

But Gus Poyet remains 4/5 favourite to fill the St James’ Park vacancy.

Ladbrokes spokesman, Nick Weinberg, said: “The gamble on Ince started yesterday (Weds) morning with the Blackburn man available at 25/1. And punters took him at all prices into 10/1.”
