Recently I have felt more like a Travel Agent rather than a Recruitment Consultant, having to arrange multiple flights and interviews with people flying from Las Vegas, Ireland, Austria, the Middle East etc... The amount of flights booked probably could have single handedly saved Holiday4u from collapse.

This week however has gone old skool, with UK based Casino recruitment coming on strong with assignments for Casino Managers, Dealers, Inspectors, Casino Sales Managers, Cashiers and Casino General Managers across the UK.

Interestingly we now have 2 of the New Large and Small Casino Licences being declared at the NEC and Newham.
Newham is set to open before the 2012 Olympics and we have potentially 16 new casinos under the (Relatively) new Gaming Act, opening over the next few years, each theoretically bigger than anything we currently have in the UK.

It’s all getting a bit exciting. Well it’s exciting if you are as much of a Casino nerd as I am, which let’s face it rules out most of the population, at least those with a life that doesn’t revolve around their job and who’s jobs don’t revolve around casinos.
But for us lucky few it’s exciting…honest.
