Jens Lehmann is just even money with Ladbrokes to make a sensation return to Arsenal this season.

He is eligible to play on an emergency loan and the bookies will pay out should he appear for their first team before the end of the season.

In the Champions League, Chelsea are odds-on (4/5) to score more goals than Manchester United this week.

Both sides are expected to make use of home advantage to progress to the next round with Chelsea 1/200 to account for Copenhagen. It's 1/4 that United qualify and 1/2 they win the match inside 90 minutes. The bookies also expect Torres & Rooney to register an equal goal tally as it's 10/11 they tie in the striker match bet. Torres is 9/5 to outscore Rooney (3/1 to net more than Torres).

Alex Donohue said: "Both home sides appear to be in the driving seat and we'd be surprised if either of them fail to progress. Torres has been handed a great chance to open his account for Chelsea however we expect Rooney to match him for European goals this week."

he added: "As problems at Arsenal continue to grow we can't rule out an emergency loan for veteran keeper Lehmann. It could be Wenger's last roll of the dice in his quest to land a trophy this season."
