William Hill have opened a book on when the a Premier League will first be refereed by a woman, and make 2015 or later their odds-on favourite at 10/11.'The current row over sexist comments about a female referee's assistant will no doubt produce glib assurances that women will eventually referee at the highest level of the game, which will then be quietly forgotten about by the authorities' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
