Hyperion Online Ltd has been trading successfully from February 2007. The company was formed by former online betting industry professionals, Chris Denny and Alex Lafferty.

A successful first year of trading saw Hyperion relocate in January 2008, moving from Winchmore Hill to Islington in Central London. In March 2009, the business moved once more, to larger stand-alone premises in the Highbury Studios development, in viewing distance of Arsenal's Emirates Stadium. You can now find Hyperion Gaming at 31 Highbury Studios, 10 Hornsey Street, Islington, London, N7 8EL (two minutes' walk from Holloway Road tube station, and 15 minutes' walk from Highbury and Islington station).
